Our Policy & Release of Liability
REFUND POLICY:
NO CASH REFUNDS. (It means: no refunds on credit cards or checks. If by any personal reason a customer decides to withdraw from our services, a credit will be issued to the family in question with NO expiration date).
MAKE UP CLASS POLICY:
A make up class will be scheduled only in case of illness or injury with written verification from a physician. NO MAKE UP CLASSES ON SATURDAYS. A credit can be issued ONLY if there is no other class available for make up (example: the class only runs in ONE day of the week, or if the participant is in our Summer clinics).
BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY:
Birthday party payment should be received IN FULL in order to be processed.
With a phone call you can reserve a date and time for 48 hours.
Before submitting an online form, please call to confirm if the time is still available.
Please be sure of the date and time, no last minute changes or cancellations allowed.
If by any personal reason a customer decides to withdraw from having a Birthday party two weeks before the date, a CREDIT IN FULL will be issued to the family in question, with no expiration date.
*Sorry, no confetti or pinattas are allowed at our parties.
FIELD RENTAL POLICY:
All team managers/person-in-charge must complete a form containing information such as: phone number (home and/or cell/work), address, etc.
Field Rentals are limited to recreational or team training. Field Rentals cannot be outsourced to conduct private business.
All players must sign a Release of Liability form before going on the field.
Payment for rental is requested by the time of booking.
When paying by cash, always request a receipt (it should contain at least the date and time of rental).
All checks should be payable to United Athletic Center.
For long term rental:
United Athletic Center requests four rentals due in advance.
A deposit is requested by the time of booking the reservations.
The deposit will be lost if you don't show up for your rental or two week notice is not given for final rental.
Any deliquency in payment will result in losing the time requested.
GENERAL RULES OF THE FACILITY
Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), owner(s), and staff of United Athletic Centers (UAC) assume no liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Please reference Liability/Injury Waiver and Release Forms and signage posted within the facility.
Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship as is on the field. Please NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE prior to playing.
Should you find or lose any items, please report this immediately to the UAC staff.
NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING, GLASS CONTAINERS, or GUM allowed in the facility.
NO FOOD, DRINKS, SPITTING, OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD.
We reserve the right to refuse play or service to anyone.
