United Athletic Centers has something to offer all your employees in any kind of weather! Employee appreciation programs reward those who have met their goals at work or would succeed more with a team building day. Employees do not need to “be athletic” to participate.
One day programs: Your appreciation day can include one specific sport, such as soccer or flag football. It can also be filled with team building activities, which are games designed to help groups develop effective communication and problem solving skills while having a blast. Since our activities require plenty of energy, our one day program always includes a delicious lunch for all participants.
6 week leagues: Organize a league for your employees and you’ll be appreciated for weeks! Leagues can be sport specific or multi-sport if all your employees can’t agree on one favorite sport. Multi-sport leagues will include one session of soccer, one of flag football, one of ultimate frisbee, etc. You can even customize it to your employees. Want to compete against another company in any sport? We can try to organize that as well.
You do not need an employer to organize these leagues. Please call today to organize your own sport specific or multi-sport league. We can try to organize competition if you wish too.
