How do I reserve a party time and date?
Party reservations can be made online, over the phone (once you have created a profile), or in person at United Athletic Centers.
If you are interested in booking a UAC Birthday Party Online follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to our website or if you have not done so yet, please create a UAC username & password. Once you have done so you will be brought to your UAC Profile Page.
2. Click on RESERVE A PARTY to the right of MY PARTIES tab.
3. Click on the UAC Birthday Package you are interested in booking.
4. Search the calendar to check if the date you are interested in scheduling a party is available.
5. Click on available party slot you are interested in booking.
6. Fill out your party information and payment method.
7. Complete Payment and RESERVE YOUR PARTY!!!

How early should I arrive before my party?
No more than 10-15 minutes, please. We know that you may be anxious to set up; however, the party area will not be available until your party time. No worries, we will take care of setting up.
Will I get a confirmation that I booked my party?
Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation that your party has been booked.
When do I pay for the balance of my party?
Full payment is due once you reserve the party, if payment is not received within 48 hours your party slot will no longer be held.
Can I bring my own decorations and paper products and set them up for my child’s party? Yes! We suggest that you bring them to UAC at least a day ahead so we can decorate for you. Please note we don't allow piñatas or confetti.
What is required from the Birthday Guests?
All UAC Bday participants must have a release form signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to play. Please note participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing in order to be able to play on our fields; children over the age of 5 must wear shin guards. Three to four year olds require participation of parent /guardian on the field. All services provided for the birthday party are limited to the children only.
What should do I need to bring?
Typical items parents forget to bring are a knife, candles, matches and a fresh set of batteries in your camera.
What if I have more than 16 attendees?
The party includes 16 attendees. If you wish to have more (up to 10 more can be added) a $10.00 per attendee fee will be applied. If you need a party for 27 or more children, you will need to purchase another party package.
When would you suggest adding an extra coach?
If you have 20 or more kids attending the party.
I don't know how many kids will be attending our party - do I have to pay for them now?
No, you can upgrade your party with at least 48 hour notice.
When should I confirm my number of attendees?
48 - 72 hours before your party
