He is results oriented with a strength in instruction, guidance and motivation. Doug effectively employs training techniques that focus on strength, agility, speed, and flexibility. With a background in sports conditioning, Muay Thai kickboxing, football, lacrosse, hockey, soccer and nutrition, he is able to help all his clients reach their goals! Doug possesses a true love of training and maintains the lifestyle of an athlete.
